If there are say 20 holders interested via HC then there could be a chance of getting enough funding participants and the possibility of building enough votes (target 65% of votes outside of the top 20) . On meeting this 20 participant hurdle, I will form a small committee (say 3-5 people) to proceed. The primary objective is to have an independent chair. Yes there are benefits from not spilling the board for continuity, but that is a question to be considered by the funding participants. Personally, I tend to think that the board has not done enough. How much group think was there at a company that fails to progress its primary objective (MRX)?
