The primary objective is to have an independent chair. Yes there are benefits from not spilling the board for continuity, but that is a question to be considered by the funding participants. Personally, I tend to think that the board has not done enough. How much group think was there at a company that fails to progress its primary objective (MRX)?

I'll give it a few days and report back on whether there is sufficient interest.

Apparently there is not enough dissatisfaction about and after a week very limited interest to fund.
