The worked figures are for average holdings just to get a feel of scope. 1m shares is OK. Any size shareholding can be a funding member. With 20 initial members at $250 we can fund the register fee and mail say the top 2,000 members.
Like that movie... Miracle #1 getting enough small holders to participate; Miracle #2 getting >5% votes to call a meeting; and Miracle #3 getting >50% votes to pass the resolution.
Given the fragmented IBX shareholder base then if the the vibe from HC folks is not there, the chance of success is going to be low. We are well short of target at the moment.
