Unfortunately Bob is Bob, to be a great leader you have to be able to show leadership and be able to engage in all aspects of the business the people, and us the shareholders. I don't know whether it is arrogance,or lack of wanting to,but now Bob, is the one in trouble and he is wanting us to forget, the disrespect he has shown us, and support him. How many times were we all giving advice good or bad on what we thought should happen.I personally sent emails and was totally ignored. I personally think Bob needs to go, no second chances. Probably half the board needs removing if not all,start from the ground up, start fresh. Bob has put himself in this position by one of the great leadership qualities, by not listening.
