The view of the Co is that Bob Proulx may be better as an internally focused Chair rather than as a
CEO of a publicly listed company. While I would agree with the latter part of that sentiment (evidence
is the share price, and some of the key decisions that have affected shareholder sentiment) - The
thoughts (at least on HotCopper) sound mixed as to whether there is compelling evidence to support
the first part of the view.
Very happy to see this change as we were going nowhere fast with the current status quo. Very unhappy
at the obvious inaction's that have led to the SP decline. Keen to see change and I believe change will now
be coming. Excellent outcome. And unambiguous. I would like the new CEO to establish/clarify a clear
direction that will return real value to shareholders, All in good time of course....but not at a snail pace either.
