    I think big institutional investors have strict guidelines to follow in terms of investment . That includes the market capital of company . We are still penny stock which will technically prevent many institutions from jumping in- I am sure they are watching . Let it soak and let news flow to come and the early investors will be highly rewarded in my opinion
