Dante, management hasn't communicated anything regarding patient/s being enrolled to-date, however, I'm not entirely certain if enrolment of patients alone would be a material event and therefore need to be announced under the ASX continuous disclosure rules.
A patient about to participate in the 'in-human study' would be material (as opposed to a patient just being enrolled) and therefore management would communicate this. I anticipating progress is being made with the 'in-human trial' and therefore management will provide an update on this in the upcoming 'News letter' if this is the case.
We should see an investor update (newsletter) very soon as it was raised by the Co 3 weeks ago. Next week is my guess.
