    The more I digest this the more it concerns me.
    If the board had been confident of positive outcomes from the in human trials the next CR could have been done at far improved price multiples with only a fraction of the dilution created by this folly.
    This smells of desperation and/or contempt for the people who have funded and supported this operation from IPO.
