3 conditions to be fulfilled before RSK/KCN settles the case:
2 out of 3 have already been achieved
3) damage = the compensation in what from ever ?
but bearing in mind that it is the new minsiter's most important task, thailand wants to open up for foreign investments...--> at least the refurbishment costs are hopefully included here... ? --> lets see... It stays exciting
