• KCN announced in September Qtrly:https://www.kingsgate.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/2629408.pdf that they are working on with several parties and one party even did a site visit in early August, and that they reconfirmed their intrest in aqcuiring the NE asset.

Gold Fields hopes to expand its footprint in Chile. Salars Norte is may approx 50-80 km away form NE. NE is the 7th largest undeveloped silver desposit in the world, with probaly good upside gold potenial too. Goldfields invest alot in chile, they recently built a new solar power plant near the mine.

• Lessons learned from TDG deal --> don't rush. Intrested party to show the money first, and prepare the contract right away. A LOI has no value at all. Only binding agreements (contracts) !

• Due diligence to acquire an asset can take some time if you are a buyer, especially like Goldfiels. It has been 3 months since August 2023.

Oktober/ November: Negotiations / Contract / Deal

• The bet on silver / gold is on: If you're a key player like Goldfield, then here you go, the more assests the better

• AGM hero news: nobody will be annoyed as Ross is The Boss, he sold NE

As Ross loves horse race and other buyers may be in on it too (maybe not all as financially well off as Goldfields)... he could play a little poker to drive up the selling price...The buyers bid against each other in a small bidding process/race... auction hunters...Hammered and sold...no need to rush....

Lets see... whether the time has finally come... the bet is on
