I hear you.
Been in stocks where this has happened to me, longest I held 13 years, and have heard most of the stories before, numerous times.
My favourite line is 'Management never fails to disappoint!'...
Willing to have a punt on this stock. Have been involved in some of the NEW tenements LSR now involved in, the assets are under-appreciated IMHO and and I think next 6 months you will see this. I think because of the 'history' of the share price, stale holders doubt their future for reasons you mention and are are getting out. Particularly as head into June tax loss selling. Everyone has their own reasons for buying/selling, so go for it.
All I can say is, thanks to whomever is selling, its helping me, and others, get set. DYOR and Good Luck.
