Not sure if it's the seller but every time new buyers come in the sell side tries to grow to outnumber or potentially intimidate new buyers.
It could be people just selling but who knows.
They could have more shares to cap this then i intentionally thought and it may take some big money or a lot more long term holders to kick the seller out.
