Given that neither 4DS or WD see this technology as a flash memory replacement (flash is perfectly good at what it does and is very cheap) I think it would be unlikely.
We know that the 4DS memory cells can theoretically be tweaked to give longer retention times at the expense of speed but that is not their objective. It is to develop memory with near RAM speeds that doesn't require constant power to hold the data "in place" after it has been written to the chip.
