Actually there is a difference in that wording. The PL3 lot was announced as successfully manufactured but at the time of the notice it was undergoing initial testing at IMEC and had not yet been shipped, In this PL5 announcement the PL5 lot has both been successfully manufactured AND shipped, which implies it has passed the initial IMEC testing which PL3 subsequently failed.

So there is something more in this PL5 staging. Excellent post for comparing the announcements. Well done, as I had the same reaction as you until I read the 3 announcemnts that you posted for comparison. Now I am much more confident that PL5 will test successfully at 4DS labs.
