I think it is ludicrous to believe that just because we had a certain timeframe last time that history will magically repeat itself

Different circumstances

Different announcements

Different day of the week they possibly received PL4 as opposed to PL3

Were there public holidays at any time during the PL3 activity.....are there any this time around with PL4

Will somebody critical involved have a sick day and not be able to perform a function that is required

Possibly different approach to what they are doing at the back end to confirm everything before releasing to the market for PL4 given the mess associated with PL3

I can't imagine in what universe everything could possibly align .......but you never know I guess
