During his sleep he was wearing his smart watch which was monitoring his heart rate. Checked the data and can see his heart rate was totally normal up until 4:33am when there was no longer any readings. His passing showed zero sign of any struggle and his sleeping position (on his side) did not change at all, leaving his left hand under his cheek and right arm over the blanket against his waist.

Hard to get over what happened and the reason for my silence.

All the best folks hopefully we get some positive news for a change. Take care of your loved ones and stay close to your family.
