anyone always free to sell whenever you want.
for my analysis more upside then downside.
2.7c - 3c range is consolidate for long time.
someone selling then someone is buying that.
today slightly move back to 3.1 is just people breakeven sell as they holding for long time( that what retailers do right buy at top and when we are near upside move we sell) but also buyer also their to buy everything they offer on market.
