The other elephant in the room (yes unfortunately there are two) is the ''Executive Chairman" hilariously of a 5 person company, who continues to flaunt his powerful ego ahead of doing intelligent and disciplined work for the company, the CEO DM.
The biggest risk factor is not the technology working IMO, but also the inability of the management team led by him to navigate investors, partners, suitors, alliances and so on in a way that demonstrates a company worth investing in. To date he has let investors and employees down badly by significant mis steps, unprofessionalism and not being up to the job generally. Why will this change? humans have a tendency of not changing quickly, so the risk is real and underrated IMO. Sophisticated investors de risk investments, he is in many ways un-deriskable unless removed.
