Dave did explicitly call this out in the presentation on Wednesday - ie, 'we are paying them'. Does it really matter if we call it a partnership? I mean it is our patented technology, it's IMEC's hard work and likely guidance; now combined with a 'joint task-force' (for lack of better words) with Infineon, working to create a functional chip that is industry ready - I think the word 'partnership' is just fine; they are all working together on this thing.
