As with the case of most materials science challenges, it's a case of solving one problem, then solving the next 1000 problems, then you win/lose. I'm sure this is a factor that engineers specifically focused on the reram space (ie Ting, Imec, Infineon, etc) are aware of (i would hope). A bit like asking an accountant 'so you can count numbers right?'. Anyway, i'll stop harping on. Beer time!
