DM is not the person needed to take this company forward and to possible deal. He doesn't have one positive attribute for the task, management skills, communication, indepth knowledge of 4DS product or what it could do, and personal appearance is terrible. I understand he needs to be rewarded for his years of service to the company but staying as CEO for his own ego and to hold onto the large bonus has become detrimental to the company.
Yes bashing DM again but can anyone list his positive qualities that benefit 4DS. And does anyone feel he could negotiate a good deal for SH.
