If they are not working for us full time then they would be treated as contractors, and they would be charging us significantly more than wages as design engineers.
Either way it is not showing on the financials, Not showing as employees, Not showing as contractors.
Back to my question. Who is doing the designing & computerised simulation testing before it goes to the foundry?
