It has arrived and is working.
PL5 arrived within 3-5 business days, earlier than expected as stated in previous announcements.
Taking that into consideration, it has been in test for over a week.
Assuming they used someone like DHL etc for the precious cargo.
I expect the SP to become a little more lively as days go by.
