My perspective on 4DS - 20nm
The remaining work in my view is do-able. The question is TIME.
I would look at it like a game of Tetris. Mr. Ting’s job is to configurate or stack all the blocks together in a manner that would render the 20nm chip, operational.
Mr. Ting has been given a task to complete and provide all the relevant testing results before June 2025.
The worst possible outcome is, the Board will announce that the first reconfiguration attempt is unsuccessful. Then, we would have sufficient funds to do 2-3 more attempts. Just like a game of Tetris - you cant do it this time, you can do it better next time.
I strongly believe that the results will be positive, but they have to be exceptionally good to go to the next stage of commercialisation - ie possible acquisition or licensing. Otherwise, more work has to be done, with respect to DESIGNING, as per current road.
Management complaints
Whenever there is a CR, there will be disgruntled investors. That is quite normal- because commonly the share prices would be plummeting.
I have listened and discussed with many long term 4DS- investors (big and small), regarding the complaint (subjective views) against DM and his way of handling the last CR, both in private group chats and in person.
So far, I have not come across any solid solution to the “problem”- assuming there is a problem!
May I ask that, we put this matter aside for now and focus on the final outcome of the testing results. Otherwise, we might inadvertently, cause adverse effects, on the share prices.
