Your reference to Tetris is fine, except it comes with severe diminishing returns in relation to dilution a potential 10-15% every other year which, combined with share price dropping every year if there is nothing positive going on while they take their time to "try again".

Shareholders, investors, backers are essentially punished everytime they get it wrong while management sit comfortably on their yearly salaries doing next to nothing day in and day out while they take 12 months to manufacture a single batch of wafers, which is ridiculously poor by industry standards.

Also on the topic of time - I don't think you realise how many competing technologies are being actively developed with significantly more funding and resources being thrown at it that could make this RRam completely redundant before its even released. That is a significant risk. All you need to do is look at what our "partner" imec is focused on at the moment and its not RRam.

In regards to the management problem - what do you mean there is no solution and even suggesting there is no problem?

4DS have known about the limitations with the Dory platform for years since PL4 at the least, why is it they only just decided that it was necessary to design their own platform 5 months ago, while also failing to provide any PL5 results, while also doing a CR - which they then failed to follow through with and only to repeat it a month later at half the price of the original?
That is so piss poor. Dave has essentially had 1 job in 10 years, and thats to raise capital and he couldn't even do that properly last time.

Where is Guido, the CEO of 4DS Inc.? Wouldn't he, someone that is US based, that understands the tech, that has the contacts within the industry make a significantly better CEO for the company? The fact that he has so little interest in this company - selling off all his options whenever he acquires them is quite telling that he who is closer than all of us has zero faith. At the moment being paid to do nothing along with Peter, along with Dave, along with Digby.

There has been zero accountability by the management team. There has been zero transparency, which is likely due to their incompetence "better to say nothing at all then to speak and remove all doubt".

While its great that PL6 has finally been shipped, people are deluded if they think 4DS is going to get this right the first time around. The copium is real if you think management are going to be transparent with the testing and validation. I agree with Jock, we're going to get some generic "we have learned significant data in relation to the manufacturing process" with maybe a speed metric that without the context of all other metrics is useless.

And before people ask the age old pointless question which is none of their business, why do I still hold?
Because
a) I don't have any immediate need for the liquidity.
b) Supreme leader Dave crashed the price so hard that its not worth it.
c) Secretly hoping this bounces back if only to offload as this company cannot succeed without an overhaul of the BoD that know what they're doing, know the industry, have a strategic plan.

Just remember everyone, "We're getting introduced to 5 household names with the success of PL6".

Even Dave's story on Infineon was a fanciful tale where he claims they approached him, when the reality is that the meeting was arranged for when he would be in the US - just no one bothered to tell him (or they did and his incompetence kicked in).
