I didn't ask the question, but I suspect they want to be virtually certain of something happening before guiding.
I asked how confident they were of EBITDA breakeven given previous guidance. They laughed, and said 'very' in response. I got the impression they wanted to be super conservative. Perhaps they're doing the same with the need to raise capital.
Either way, insider ownership is large enough such that they'll act in the interest of shareholders...
