I feel so bad about this now that I've read your final sentence - I'm currently researching BAK as a case study for my MBA!!! In my defence, I was allocated this company! Prior to commencing this research, I really felt that no one in their right mind would pick up their shares right now, but oddly enough, I'm thinking of doing just that. To cut a long story short, the Chinese regulations aren't quite what was first envisaged and on that score, BAK will do okay. It's the newish board and management that I would like to watch very very closely for quite some time before I would even consider a buy. The drama is far too fresh at this stage.
Market wise - BAK will be fine
Management wise - ???
I'm supposed to make some kind of recommendation in conclusion but ?! is all I've got at the moment.
