The lack of any positive reaction to this last announcement says to me that management is trying to churn some hype but unsuccessfully. This last announcement is similar to July 20 when they first commented on IMU in the Covid space and the market reacted. The market can distinguish between the hopeful and a genuine article. Enough riding the coattails of potential management, the market sees through your attempts to garner interest.
