With the DoD trials going on I think they would still be able to raise just fine. The worst part about this stock is the waiting, which we will need to continue to do until the end of the year (hopefully sooner though). We need trial data, and like all drug trials this is painfully slow to obtain.
Current CEO is fine. Yes we could do with some updates on any FDA submissions (current or planned), but otherwise not too much can be done right now.
The thing to watch for will be any signs of information leaks as DoD trials progress.
