With a 30 page document to be released I would say trading would ressume very late today. Overnight fund managers would analyse the news and implement their investment strategies for QBL and play it out in the coming days. With so much detail going into this document I would say it is positive and as stated before brings further confidence for investors to hold and buy for the long term.
