Perhaps there are regulations regarding the 'normal' reporting of sales limiting them to reporting only once per quarter.... though I know there is also a requirement to keep the market informed of any price sensitive info and, like you, I would consider this price sensitive. I've sold other stocks to buy more IMC at this low price and now have an average price of only 9.4c. Hopefully double or more within 12 months.
