On one hand I see a small company buy another for much larger than its market cap. But seen that happen plenty of times. In this situation you companies operating in heath industry being denied by asx.
it's a pity as long term if the vaccine passed its trials would be a great source of shareholder wealth creation tool. Which is ironic as its the basic premise of businesses.
looks like the deal will never go ahead as the ceo of vaxcine sounds like he regrets the decision in the first place
