We just have to let the FDA process play out, put them in the bottom draw. FDA approval will mean every traveler going to a dodgy country will be informed about Travelan and recommended. The medical professional is very concerned about antibiotic resistance and I'm sure they would push the education process on Travelan and strongly encourage its use. And, if you have ever contracted a severe gastro bug while traveling( I have) you would know that the antibiotics play havoc with your gut. I took two different courses of antibiotics to try and knock it out. I had problems for 12 months after coming home and it took a couple of years to regain full strength. It's not always something you get over after a few days.
Prevention is a lot better than the cure.
