Moving away from your entirely reasonable but nonetheless utopian vision for how results should be reported, do you have any thoughts? In particular:
a) safety looks ok (so that Ph II outcome solid)
b) able to claim some sort of statistical effect in three indicators. (as opposed to "no matter how hard we try we've got nothing")
c) the headline LPI result actually looks OK.
Now having seen your posts in other forums I'd guess you're likely to roll your eyes at these glib assertions. I personally felt that, even for a 45 patient per arm trial, there was enough there to be interesting.
