I think IMM needs to revisit its capital raising strategy, the timing of its announcements and engage a professional PR firm.

At the moment many experienced traders simply buy in the lead up to well flagged announcements then sell directly afterwards. I expect many have also set-up sophisticated trading algorithms around these patterns as its easy money. This has gone on for years.

While there have been many ups and downs within a narrow range the sp has effectively gone sideways since 2013 notwithstanding the steady stream of positive results. We are now left as a cheap takeover target.
