Then they are not as smart as we are led to believe. This is what biotechs do when people are led along and then have no delivery, or sub what was promised, delivery. Let it be a lesson, PRR/IMM has history.
Simple- underpromise, overdeliver.And the opposite to this debacle will occur.
And I thought I was smart buying more at 25c a week or so ago, right at the bottom.
