For each patient day 1 is when the drug is administered the first time and for example 6-month land mark starts from there. They then report the whatever months after the last patients has reached an event point for which the landmark event can be reported. So, yes, we would have longer landmark events for those patients who started earlier, hopefully still alive but for each land mark event we need to wait till data is available for everyone ....
... MAYBE that is why Marc is optimistic as those patients who started earlier will contribute positively to longer landmark timelines ...
