I am a truly positive nut job.... many boxes are lining up.... the US deferred their vote on raising the debt ceiling 2 years ago... they will raise it.. but they need to accommodate the worst 3 years, they have faced in deficit spending... I hope this balloon blows so big, that Joe Biden will seem "sane" and have control of all his faculties....
