I didn't trade this one so I don't really care what happened or happens to it, but it's quite predictable you'll depreciate the share price by issuing capital. This is also a pharmaceutical company and not a bread and butter business so management knew exactly what they were doing. This literally gapped down on the capital raise announcement, that's good for shareholders huh??
Answer me why they didn't do this before the breakout, how did things magically change in a few weeks
