a high share price that abruptly developed after a breakout isn’t the same as management raising money after 6 months of consolidation
the price gapped down today
no need to argue who is right or wrong
long term who knows how this will do but in the short term they did a disservice to shareholders and even if they do well long term this was a completely unnecessary thing to do they could have raised capital before the breakout the price is actually meaningless champ if they needed X amount they would just raise more at a lower price management don’t care about retail investors kiddo
