Share Purchase Plan:
- existing shareholders at Jun 18 can apply for up to 30,000 shares at 52 cents per share.
- capped at $5m target (so that’s approx 9.6 million shares), may be scaled back or increased if demand.
So if only 321 individual shareholders of the many thousands on the register applied for their maximum allocation of 30,000 shares under the SPP (cost of $15,600) then that’s the allocation target reached.
Basically a small pat on the head in exchange for the dilution created by 115 million new shares placed at a 12.9% discount to institutions.
