Other than taking $29m during a Global Pandemic , from an Insto who is only here to make money.... Security and taking advantage of the situation..
Plenty of ASX Biotechs running on under $10m ,, IMM $49m in cash is an enviable position ..plus the DD would have been comprehensive , normal retail investors get info,,, Insto's get Intell from CEO and Board ,,so there is a reason for wanting to come on board.... I would pick Returns $$
