$100M of Keytruda is less than half a percent of annual sales of Keytruda.
How are they paying this amount when a cap raise was just done? Shareholders are paying for it. They aren’t paying $100M out of their own pocket. They are just foregoing the profit margin on $100M worth of Keytruda.
