I’m thinking $100m for cost of Keytruda plus $100m to run the 750 trial. $200m split evenly between MSD and IMM, so both can continue to explore other avenues and maintain proprietary rights.
i believe there has been some confusion as to the definition of $100m MSD cost. I think it means MSD are providing it gratis, others believe it means they are supplying it at their cost price. Poor wording in the CR document.
