At least, as retail holders in Australia, you guys can see what happens the next couple of days, and still decide to participate or not to participate at this subschription offer at 38 cents for a new extra share (for every 16, you can subscribe for 1).
We in europe are not allowed to participate, and don't get this current opportunity if the stock price stays above the subscription price.
