IMM only need to supply the combo to the oncology departments at the various approved clinics and gather results. They are not administering the drugs themselves.

Also for retail share holders, does it really matter much if this CR is done at 38c now or at say 50c after results.?. Would you rather pay 38c a share and perhaps see a 50c share price in a month or wait and buy your share at 50c later?.

If you don't like the cash raise today at 38c you always have the option of waiting a month and buying those shares at 50c.

If Efti is a dud in a month then we have all done our money irrespective of 38c or 50c. And Merck are made to look silly backing a dud product. Doubt it.
