While technically questionable, the numbers presented in the report/resolutions are pre consolidated numbers (as you also realised). Pending the outcome of consolidation, if passed these numbers will be adjusted accordingly, by a factor of 10. So, 1,000,000 instead of 10,000,000.
Good to know IMMP and IMM stay close together. Perhaps the consolidation might not be too bad after all. Still posses a risk.
What I got from all the resolutions to be voted on, confused me more. If the Directors are to be granted Short Term and Long Term incentives by granting them millions of shares, what happens when the consolidation happens? For example, if Dr Russell Howard was issued 10,000,000 shares to be vested, after consolidation will he get 1,000,000 or 10,000,000? After consolidation the shares will be worth ten times more! I suspect that this is a way to rip off share holders.
