a big pharma with such power to play, just might not interested in partnership, they might be more for buying the whole thing.

IMM got multiple big partners already and none of them has made a step up and put more money into the thing (the partnership IMM with Merck is those kind of milestone payment thing, this is not the good deal partnership, IMM still have to cover a lot of ass their own), I can't imagine none of them wants to eat the big cake either.
