ah, really , why i have sort of memery Merck will give some milestone payment? With those kind of deal, even there is a milestone payment, usually pretty small.
So if not even that, this is a very shitty firendship with Merck.
I think IMM is gonna seriously need some sort of plan in the play, sell the thing out is the most logical one to layout.
They have lined up all the firends onboard now, just take the cheque if there is one.
