Maybe Immutep have been fielding offers for some time but they are holding out or waiting for the right price/ arrangement.
If the right deal doesn’t drop, it doesn’t matter. We put AIPAC on the shelf and focus on the Keytruda trials and our emerging 761 etc. AIPAC has done its job already.
When your underwater as a shareholder the prospect of a quick fix via a buyout looks good. But from the companies perspective they have plenty of cash and lots of options and irons in the fire. They can afford to see this out over the next 18 months
If you take the longer view the market crash doesn’t concern us as long as we don’t have to raise in it ( like last time, grrrrrr! )
